Richard Dunn has asked the new leader of Spelthorne to overturn their previous decison to refuse to help residents fighting the incinerator scheme.
He said " This a chance for the new council show they are willing to listen. Other councils have made financial help availble for legal costs, this scheme is bad for the whole Borough, residents need and deserve help in their fight against this awful plan."
